A Line of High Vis, London

Day 97 of 365. I've passed this particular corner of London hundreds and hundreds of times on my way home from work. For years this has been the office of a posh yacht leasing firm, with pictures of very expensive boats for hire in the windows. Now, all of a sudden, it's empty and the office is just an empty shell and a long row of high vis jackets. My guess is that it will be either turned into an art gallery (this part of London has seen a proliferation of them in recent years), a very upmarket fashion emporium or an expensive restaurant.
