Betwys y coed

Spent a very pleasant few hours with my niece and her partner in this picturesque village in Snowdonia. They had driven up to here from the Midlands and I met them so that we could exchange Christmas presents. After lunch we meandered round the shops which were beautifully decorated and quite empty. I always find unusual gifts in these places and wonder why I don't visit more often instead of frequenting Shopping Malls etc. The prices are usually lower as well.
