#just1bite today we flew to Newcastle for work - my first ever work trip with the nhs - very informative trip to Nissan - kaizen principles at work. Ahh salmon skin roll. At terminal 5 is the WHO piece of art raising awareness for their #just1bite campaign - a very long but rewarding day
