Yellow Broom

Today’s picture is of one of our flowering shrubs; this yellow Broom is the largest of all of our Brooms in the garden and always flowers first. It seems to have come out in flower almost overnight. The red and the orange/red Broom shrubs are still mainly buds, but are likely to get blipped when they are in full flower.

I have worked all day today and got a lot of work done. Victoria visited this afternoon as she is on Easter holidays from school. I was not required to entertain her, when she visits it is to be with her granddad, to discuss such things as Maths, Chemistry, Physics and other such subjects.

The weather has been sunny, but very cold and it is also still quite windy. Another Addenbrookes day tomorrow with probably a visit into the town afterwards.
