skunk cabbage invasion

I blipped one of these when they were just beginning to come out and went back today to see what they were up to. There are now at least fifty of them, which is quite a sight as they are between 8 to 10 inches tall. I did'nt want to get too close as they really don't smell very nice and the ground around them is very wet and boggy. They do look really alien beside the daffodills and primroses nearby. Worth a blip I'd say.
