Early Morning Swim

The majority of my club are at a Swim Camp in Cyprus this week and the pool was strangely quiet this morning at 6am.

The routine was:
300m swim - 100m kick - 300m swim - 100m pull - 300m swim
10 x 50m as medley drills
1000m swim (maintain pace)
200m Swim down

Exhausting!
