true story - since about the age of 5, i have loved mushrooms. everytime i would get sick as a child, i would request green giant mushrooms in a jar. it was the only thing that i wanted to eat and they always made me feel better. luckily for me, my husband doesn't like mushrooms so whenever i make stuffed mushrooms, i get to eat them all!
