Countdown

Is over. Mr h has worked his last shift. He came home this evening after a tough shift (knew it wouldn't be a quiet day) minus his rank markings and belt buckle- they had to be handed in. He was presented with this certificate from the Fire Service and a lovely gift from his watch.

After 34 years of working unsocial hours I wonder how long it will be before he gets used to a normal eating and sleeping pattern?
