Wedding Hangover

Today I was suffering from, what is affectionately known in the wedding photography trade, as a 'wedding hangover'.

This isn't a hangover in the usual sense in that it has nothing at all to do with alcohol consumption.. instead it is that feeling of being wiped out the day after photographing a wedding.

Photographing a wedding is pretty exhausting and generally involves about 12 hours straight on your feet, running around like a headless chicken, hefting heavy cameras and equipment and concentrating like mad all day. It can leave you feeling pretty pooped the day after.

Much as I would have loved to veg on the sofa watching films today, I couldn't as we had customer meetings which took up most of the day.

Never a dull moment!

Easter must be coming as these little chaps keep popping up around the house!
