Left Over Pork

After cooking roast dinner at my parents house yesterday for lunch, I came home to a roast dinner cooked for me by Martin!

Sam and I were a bit full, so there was a lot left over...

I rustled up a ragu sauce with left over pork (with pasta) for tea, but it wasn't all that popular...except with one member of the family :-)
