Nettuno

After our flight, me and a couple kids from my pharmacology class went on a day trip to Nettuno Beach.

Wow. What a gorgeous day.

We went to the American Military Cemetery there where there are a lot of soldiers from WWII buried. I learned about a few of them from our tour guide Jay. He was such a great guy.

After the tour was over he asked if we would help him lower the colors. It was fun to be a part of that. It's not everyday I get to see an American flag here, and being able to lower and fold it was really cool.

Me and Eric stayed in Nettuno for a few hours and everyone else went back. We got pizza and hung out by the beach. It was too nice of a day to spend inside studying.
