And they're off...

Jet setting there way back across the Atlantic.

It's been a great 10 days - this morning we counted off all the cool things we have been up to in such a short space of time.

Before Jill went off to work this morning I heard her and Mya signing their classic 'leaving on a jet plane', only this time it was a softer, stripped-back version (almost a whisper).

Hugs and bad goodbyes were the order of the day (and we may have seen a tear).

The weird thing is you kind of of get used to being alone and then when people come and see us we get used to having them around...

Then we feel sad and alone when they go.
