Lowther Castle - Penrith

A fairytale looking castle close to Penrith it stands in lovely parkland in an elevated position above the outskirts of the town.

It rained virtually all day with the odd blip of sunshine towards evening and now the black clouds are back. I think it will be a evening of soaps the early to bed.
