The driver gets on

What a journey. All seemed fine but when we arrived at Haymarket , all passengers had to get off as they had no fuel to go further. We had to go to a different platform and get on another train . But there were no seats booked for us . Luckily I found an unhooked seat and sat in it quick and My husband found one further down the carriage so I could see him . Many had to stand all the way to London. They kept apologising and even the police were there at some stations to sort out awkward passengers.
We got here after 11 hours.
