Ant Nest sculpture

This unique sculpture titled "Ant Nest" is made from red gum timber blocks with clay and marble chips to hold it together. It measures 3 metres in diameter and is around 1.50m high. It was completed in 2010 by sculptor Ron Rowe.

The wood is now starting to weather quite nicely to a silvery colour. It was just perfect for my MonoMonday Wood.
