S & M For Breakfast?

Spotted this on the Sky Channel selector screen, and really wondered about them putting programmes like this on in the morning.
The Joy of Pain.. was actually about PAINting.
Flog It! was about selling stuff at auction.
Not quite as juicy as the titles suggested.
Week 1 (of 6 ) of my holidays. Sun then rain then sun then rain.
Still, no work, unlike poor Liz who set off early as usual.
