The North Carolina State Flower

My white dogwood trees have nice blooms on them but my pink dogwood is just beginning to bloom.

Today has been an interesting day. My brother went to the ER at 7am this morning and by 10am was in CCU having had a stint put in as he has a blockage in one of the arteries. Offered to give my phone to my sister-in-law so she could call and tell my parents in Scotland but she didn't want to! Said she would leave that pleasure to me!

So, spoke to my sister in Scotland 3 times today. On the way to hospital. At the hospital so she could speak to our brother and then again after I had called our parents.
