And the work continues

Accomplished in 24 hours:

All remaining furniture and garbage removed from house.

Carpet ripped up from 5 rooms, padding and glue painstaking scraped from the concrete below.

Missing or torn wallpaper removed in two rooms, glue scraped, holes spackeled, new wallpaper hung (a textured white fiberglass paper over stone walls, to which paint will be applied).

Over 800 pounds of firewood taken out of house and stacked by the shed.

Half the wooden tiles torn down from walls and ceiling of master bedroom.

Two of the bathrooms and the kitchen scrubbed and disinfected from floor to ceiling.

Piles of leaves and pine needles swept from the terrace, carted into the woods.

Quite an impressive day...go team go
