Fog in Channel , Continent Cut Off.

I had hoped to blip the White Cliffs of Dover at the start of our trip to Normandy but as soon as we left the harbour we were engulfed in thick fog and this was the last photo I could take.

The famous old headline from The Times came into my head so I decided to use it as the title for this blip.
