The Swamp

I've driven past this flooded field for years now but it's only recently started calling me for a photo shoot. I nearly snapped it in the murk on Thursday but finally dropped by sort of on spec this morning on the way back from somewhere else.

Only problem was that I only had quite a long macro lens with me so improvisation was the order of the day. So here you have a stitched panorama of three portrait oriented shots.

I've posted this shot here because it represents what I was trying to do. However, I put a few more shots on flickr later - some of which I like as much or better.
