Dead pine with lichen

This was in Glenmore Forest Park, in the Cairngorms, near to Aviemore. I spent the weekend with some pals on a writing retreat. We had author Alan Bissett helping us on Saturday, but apart from that we wrote a bit, enjoyed each others company, and consumed a lot of beer and wine. The scenery was stunning too, but unfortunately all my pics of the misty mountains were taken yesterday, and there was no wi fi or internet connection.
