Day 8: The Marina

We returned to the marina last night partly because we need to leave Solace by 10:00 to leave time for any maintenance etc before the next share owners take over. On this occasion there was a double necessity,I had to get Katkatkat and G to Stafford station so that they could catch the train to Edinburgh. Katkatkat was due to go away at 4:00 camping on an activity to do with her involvement with the Beltane Fire Society.

I realised that with going to the station and then driving home to Cumbria I would not have much chance to get a blip. So I snatched a couple of shots of the marina before we left.

Our next outing on Solace is in September when we will take her out for a fortnight. I am looking forward to it already!
