Grandpa on a zip wire, I know, I know-it's serious

I don't think it's the title of a Smith's song but it bloomin' well should be.

My parents popped round this morning and we persuaded dad to have a go on the zip wire. He didn't actually need much persuasion at all....

A quiet day which included a visit from Spoonshots, Andrea and the GORGEOUS Tara who was brilliant and allowed me a little cuddle.

Alfie coped quite well with another Arsenal loss (he's getting used to it) and now we have everything crossed for a Cambridge win this evening in the University Boat Race.
