my long awaited (since 2008) return trip to Venice starts in a few weeks, so I have excitedly starting preparing. I've just purchased the Museum/Gallery pass, boat tickets and most necessarily discount Loo access!!

And I've been watching an excellent documentary by Cathy Pearson about John G. Morris,
a 95-year old photo-editor who has very strong views and wonderful pictures. It's on Sky Arts again over the next few days. I may have to get his book "Get the Picture".
