Barbeque Nation

It was Dad's birthday on April Fool's day, but the family waited for me to come home from college before we went out to celebrate. My grandmother, "Aita" is visiting us for a month; it was good bonding time for the family. In other news, India is playing Sri Lanka in the T20 cricket world cup, and I have decided these journal entries merit a quote of the day to go with them.

Mum: You sisters are so lucky you have each other in this world.

Kid sister: That's all right, but don't expect me to be there to donate my appendix or whatever if you need it.
