Staircase

I've been going up and down these stairs for more than 45 years. They are in my folks' house where I grew up. Now my little son goes up and down (on his tummy if he's just with Nanna).
As a kid I used to walk around a ledge no more than two inches wide above the stairwell, gripping tight to the handrail above. Not sure I'll be teaching the little man that trick -- not while his mum's about anyway.
