Stuart's Seat

Not one to brag, but I did another personal best long walk today and then managed a crutches free walk down the corridor and back several times. Woo hoo!

On my lake side walks you certainly get to see and appreciate more than the able bodied. As an example the often very welcome seats along the way are mostly in memory of people that have passed away and have a plaque dedicated to them.

I especially enjoyed resting and stretching on Stuart's seat today and when I read the inscription I couldn't help think of how many people, including myself, that described - aye Gavlar.
