enjoying

A great day today!

Took Brandon to swim practice & then enjoyed a few quiet moments alone in the morning. Made French Toast for Chris too.

Later in the day Chris & I took the train over to Mel Cotton's where she bought yet another hat (her weakness). Looks good on her :)

Then we headed to a new 'mixology' place (a.k.a. fancy bar) that just opened downtown. Excellent cocktails and very cool decor. just look at that wall o' booze! ;)

I received calls and/or messages from many family & friends, wishing me well.

It was a very happy birthday, spent with the ones I love.
