Cookie dough

I was slicing these cookies today and thought I would document it since I am trying to really take a look at my life carefully these days.

Of the pics I took of the "now" today, I like the composition of this one. I like the beads of moisture on the unwrapped dough taken from the freezer. I like the angle of the knife and the dough. I like the reflections in the stovetop. It is real.

And the cookies were tasty too. Orange and chocolate mixed in ice box shortbread.
