Meditate
I was having a conversation with my eldest daughter, about writing a book.
A self help type book.
It will only have 4 pages, as I think we tend to over complicate things.
One of the pages, is about meditation. We all know the benefits, but how many of us do it? Forget breathing, chanting, omming, poses, etc. Just go to a happy place and put your mind in a happy place. That's it.
For the other 3 pages, you'll have to buy the book.
Early blip today as I'm off to Singapore.
