Have mostly been editing today but with L at home we had regular Beatrice Potter breaks. They're better than I remember. I didn't realise how the series was written over many years and the characters grow and develop over that time. So this, and L being so helpful made me happy

E is at a sleepover so it's just us 4 and the cat tonight. M is primed with instructions to be quiet when she wakes. Wish us luck!
