Spectacularly scenic drive

Yesterday took me from Achiltibuie to Lochinver along what some call "the wee mad road" past Suilvan and Canisp, then on to Ullapool and Fort William in view of numerous Bens and picturesque cottages and views. Lack of time prevented any blip opportunities and today we came home again and this all I have to show for it. Traffic stopped to allow work on trees and rocks on the steep sides of Loch Ness to prevent landslides. The workmen looked most impressive abseiling down the rock to fell trees clinging to the nooks and crannies. And no, we didn't see Nessie.
