99-ish luftballons

Kelly and I took almost the same picture for today!

This is the handiwork (I believe) of a Gallaudet student named Carrie. She's a visionary, I think...always trying to put beauty everywhere. The tree definitely put a smile on my face.

She mentioned 99 red balloons on Twitter, so I assume she was trying to put up 99. I don't know if she made it; I did find one burst on the ground. I put it in my coat pocket as a souvenir of the smiles.
