Presence

On the 1st January I was told that someone close to me was diagnosed with a brain tumour.

From then on it was a roller coaster, mostly down hill, with a whirl wind of emotions and lots of pain, crying and exhaustion all round and today was the funeral but it was a celebration of life and remembering how she touched so many people with her unending kindness and compassion, fun and wit that she shared freely as a mother, grandmother, wife, sister and friend to so many people that we actually felt she hadn't left us at all because her presence will live on within all us.
