Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels...

Today:
Well I was up around 6 and got on with all the bits and bobs to get me through next week (washing, ironing, food shopping fueling the cars, etc, etc.).

Then went to visit a friend who was not home (or saw me coming - hehe), Went to HMV and got a DVD and CD... came home and fell asleep watching the DVD.

Just watching TV now.

Over recent weeks i have lost a bit of weight, not actually by going on a diet but by giving up bread and crisps for lent and giving up booze (been on the wagon for 4 weeks now).

Anyway the the added bonus is getting a bit skinnier, Well i was going to pop to the chippy for pie and chips tonight for dinner and i actually drove there and as i parked outside i thought of Kate Moss and her famous quote "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels" so drove home without my dinner...

It is a lot more comfortable being a bit slimmer so i guess i am becoming a bit more careful with what i eat... well only when there is not something lovely to eat.
