Greens for geeks

Went to the monthly farmers market this morning. 'tis the season of giant cauliflowers apparently, and I bagged a real beauty for us to have with cheese on Monday.
Also got a marvellous Romanesco broccoli. They really are the most inprobable things, and always awe inspiring that such a wonder can spring from a single seed. Hope it tastes as great as it looks.
