Arrow in the blue
We went for a walk round a lagoon this morning, and this is a black-winged stilt in flight. There were a lot of them about -- they look so elegant in the air with their narrow, streamlined shape. My blip alternative clearly shows why they are called "stilts". I managed to photograph a heron in flight too, but it was just too far away.
And I took a photo of clouds too, but it had a dune in it, so I didn't blip it :)
It was a glorious day. We had lunch at "our" chiringuito, which is still hands-down the best place we've found to eat. Patatas bravas, razor shells and mussels today.
