Going under

Still having loads of fun in the sun.

Had my first solo dive today...trippy!

It's really dark down there...they don't tell you that.
Or maybe that IS what the old, one-legged local was trying to tell me when he motioned wildly with his arms and made his eyes and mouth real big...that was a bit weird.

Anyway, found some beautiful shells, and saw lots of colorful fish.

Might go back to the same spot tomorrow...the coral was spectacular!

Reality...I'm heading out now to finish the snow job...still -17°C out but the sun is shining bright and the wind has died down...and oh goody, that thundering and the house shaking must mean that the street plough just went by, leaving a two foot wall at the end of the driveway.
