Almost no snow and ice left - but it's not exactly warm (4 C today). The conical small house on the right of the picture (also seen here across the bay) is a sauna - You can sit and roast inside the sauna and then rush out to swim in the sea.

Probably better to wait for the sea level to rise at the moment! There are no tides so far north of the Baltic but the water level does change quite a lot. As soon as the spring floods start it will rise considerably - and then it will be sauna time!
