Over the bridge

We have spent most of our time looking for houses on the hobart side and today we decided to cross the bridge and see what the other side had to offer. We were greeted with yet more beautiful beaches and nice suburbs. It seems any where you go in the Hobart area you are only minutes away from a sandy picturesque beach.

Hobart and surrounding areas are full of old houses that are cold and not well maintained. In my student days this wouldn't have mattered but with 2 kids in tow priorities have changed. So what's more important a nice warm house in a not great area or a not perfect house that is old in a great area??
