The little one relaxing and soaking up the spring weather.

I built a garden bed today, which ended up being a lot more work than I anticipated. We did a bunch of yard work as well and I ended up having a sunburn!

I cooked a up whole chicken marinated in Ouzo, fennel, lemon juice, orange juice, thyme and sliced up clementines for dinner for the roomies and Patrick. It's from my new Jeruselem cookbook by Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi. This is the fourth recipe I've tried and they're all major success'!

So overall very fun and productive day. Mountain biking tomorrow on my new bike... WOOT WOOT!
