Riding

Didn’t rush up this morning .. lay in bed reading, Hannah brought me a cup of tea. Nice! Mrs PS is off on an adventure, riding the Arrowsmiths, left at 6.15am … I did it several years ago.

Had to face reality eventually, and into jobs. First one, fixing our sliding deck door. Ooooh, so much better now ;-)

Juggling kids, out to play with friends, birthday parties, and then in the afternoon, Adam, his friend Theo and his dad Nick and I rode up in to Port Hills. Overcast and a little drizzly, but a nice ride, just over an hour from Vic Park to Rapaki and then back along the single tracks.

And finally. Home to cook pizza for dinner. A night in, and maybe a movie with the kids.

Results from the race are in, Mrs PS, in 4.5, her friend in 3.5. Good work ;-)
