Snow Down Under

MAPLE TIME

Suddenly this seedling appeared in my garden. I normally dig them out & transplant the seedlings in my top garden (it's amazing because, despite the wind, grown from seed they simply flourish & never look back - I have dozens in that area) but I've decided I'll keep this beauty where it's growing & I can look at it every morning through the kitchen window. Strangely I don't have any like it in the garden so I don't know where the seed came from ? It must be cross pollination - how exciting !
