Spider Constellation

This is my first attempt at a spider's web with my macro lens. It's not perfect but I think it's a good start. The web travelled with us to Manesty Woods this morning, clinging to the back of John's Landy!

First instruction of the day, for me, before we'd walked anywhere was how to get a shot of this.

We had a brilliant day here starting with lots of mist and moisture in the woods. Fantastic murky scenes at the edge of Derwentwater and then some clear skies and lovely warm sunshine this afternoon.

I've had a super week with a great bunch of folks. As much as last time, I don't want to leave....
