The Goose and The Gander

Hot Pot

Dinner tonight: Hot Pot.

Result: Amazing.

After our Chinese language class, The Goose and I brought her parents to try this traditional winter season cuisine of China.

We decided on a flavoring for the soups (a basic hot and sour one). Then, came the contents to be cooked: Cabbage, tofu, potato, lamb, and noodle. We also ordered amazing taro rolls that could make for a wonderful dessert anytime.
