So here's the thing, when your internet stops working, don't give your mother nay ideas about re-loading all the programmes onto the computer. Cause that just stuffs it up even more to the point when you turn it on only strange words and numbers appear on the screen.
That means you need to go buy a new computer - which we did YAY!
Then find out that windows 7 does not support dial-up so you must get broadband, which we did YAY!
But then came the four weeks of various phone calls to our phone provider asking why we were told 3-5 working days for our modem to arrive and its been 4 weeks! After many excuses we got the internet back and running after about 5-6 weeks.
So there is my story about the rather sad excuses for the back blips.
