mixed up

Today was busy, (and I was miserable/angry and sad) but fortunately I was able to have a much needed walk on the beach with Austin. The waves seemed very powerful and the sun broke through the clouds...sunshine helped brighten up the day a bit.

This evening I am grateful for family living close by...a cuppa and a chat can put things in perspective I guess..
