Cafeteria Food in China

Eating in the cafeteria at high school in Shenzhen, China. This was our first lunch. I love the fact that the tradition here is to have an opportunity for rest/sleep after lunch lasting about 2 hours depending on how long one takes for lunch. The other interesting cultural difference is the absence of a cool or cold drink with lunch -- though soup is provided to serve a similar purpose. Like all cafeteria food I have experienced, some is great, some is ordinary and some I would prefer to only try once.
