again!

Back to the Big City this afternoon.

I wouldn't usually agree to a Friday meeting, but special circumstances did apply in this case. It turned out to be routine and pleasant.

Best of all, I managed to arrange to meet someone for a pint nearby at 5. That was in the Abbotsford - a favourite from decades ago, but not visited since. It has hardly changed, the beer and company were good, and so the day ended well.

The Blip is the building in Edinburgh which I use for meetings. Across the street from the main station, so convenient for me and (I hope those I'm meeting). As you'll see, it's also on the tram line and so even more convenient when the service starts next month.
