Many people knows that chicken is not so ethical food (is any meet?). Chicken don't have enough room and those grow up fast. What people don't know is that you have an option. Normally little roosters are killed because those don't grow fast enough, but here is at least one farm that grows roosters. Roosters have more space and they spends time outside. It tastes much much better than the normal fast grown chicken. All you need is salt and pepper.
